Imagine resting on the lawn outside this church and dreaming as you look up the spire to that beautiful sky.

Sierra Foothill Sunset
I thought I'd brighten everybody's day.
Yesterday at Central I stood on the second floor of the Galleria looking east to Chavez Park, the Joe Serna building, the hotel on 10th and J and the old building on 12th and J. The cross on the cathedral looked good too.
It was very relaxing and inspiring.

My Experience with Flicker
Having no personal photographs to upload to Flicker, I asked someone how to put a photo onto a blog. They said to download an image from Google Images or Creative Commons to a Flicker account, then upload the image to Flicker.
After being unable to figure out how to upload then download a picture, I asked for help.
Here are a few steps: Open a Flicker account.
Go to Google Images.
Type the category of image you want.
Click on "Full Image".
Right click on the photo.
Click "Save Picture As".
Give a name to the file.
I cannot remember the rest of the steps. For now I am happy with one image, so I will not download a new image and have to try to remember how to upload.

A Cloudy May Day
Another Bay Area Day. One could be at the Oakland Coliseum.
Walking through Capitol Park, I saw the poppies. They still look good. Have you ever heard the song 'Poppies golden poppies open in the sun, Closing up at evening when the day is done.'?
Then I walked down J Street. The huge dark building at the west end of J didn't look menacing today because it blended in with the gray sky.

A COLD AND WINDY TUESDAY
With my sock hat on, I took an invigorating walk to work against the wind. It felt like San Francisco and the East Bay. I was reminded of those blustery days at Candlestick when the sun was shining and the sky intense, but it felt so much colder than it looked.
Have you ever been to a Dodger game? It feels so good. Baseball in paradise.
We have paradise here too with all our trees. We need to plant more big trees to show how proud and confident we are to be Sacramentans.
What do you think?
